In this role, you will take on the responsibility of running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or when we are recruiting for a new one. Each home has performance targets, and you will be dedicated to ensuring these targets are met. Whether you are emphasizing the importance of safety and quality to your team, identifying and addressing areas for improvement, or ensuring regulatory compliance standards, you will always prioritise resident wellbeing above anything else.
About You
We are looking for a care home supervisor experienced in working with vulnerable adults. You must have an S/NVQ4 qualification in Health & Social Care. Beyond that, it is all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be mentoring and guiding your team to achieve the highest standards of care. Excellent time management and organisational skills are crucial, as you will need to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. You will be conscientiously accurate in your record-keeping and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you will be truly considerate and kind.
