About The Role As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the clinical care provided exceeds professional standards and legal requirements. This includes offering specialist nursing support, taking responsibility in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident-centered care.
