The Operational Support Assistant will provide comprehensive support in effective timescales to the Regional Directors of Both Scotland and Wales. You will support with a wide variety of administrative activities including diary management, arranging meetings and attending as note taker, co-ordinating and booking travel and accommodation, processing expense claims and updating relevant systems. You will act as a main point of contact for the team, developing and maintaining a good relationship with all colleagues and respond to a wide range of queries, escalating as necessary.
This role is temporary for 3 months. Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths and holding an Administrative qualification Level 4, or equivalent, you will have a minimum of three years' experience of providing administrative support to senior managers. You have excellent, confident communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. With strong IT skills, you have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple diaries.

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
