Overview

We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country, offering enhanced rates of pay that progress with your experience alongside a wide range of attractive company benefits. In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. As a Clinical Lead, you will ensure the level of clinical care goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager\\\’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide a service that\\\’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Ensure effective communication, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.
  • Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.
  • Safeguarding is everyone\\\’s responsibility; recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training.
  • Deliver Kind Care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care.
  • Provide nursing care and advice in line with statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.
