HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver person-centred care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will build strong relationships with residents and families, ensuring safety, dignity and independence, while supporting the Nurse and Care Manager in day-to-day tasks.
You should have Level 2 in Adult Social Care (NVQ) and be prepared to work toward Level 3; a background in dementia care and record keeping is valued.
