You will hold an NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery with Level 2 Food Hygiene, and apply HACCP principles. You’ll contribute to menu planning, portion control, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, working proudly as part of a caring team.
