About The Role

At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support the physical, emotional and social well‑being of our residents, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your duties include:

  • Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
  • Assisting residents with daily activities and promoting independence.
  • Delivering compassionate care, including end‑of‑life support as required.
  • Recognising and reporting any signs of abuse, harm or neglect.
  • Attending safeguarding training and undertaking additional related training.
  • Seeking appropriate advice and escalating concerns when necessary.
