As a Registered Nurse at HC‑One, you will build on your existing skill set, practising in a nurse‑led environment and developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills. You will support residents at a vulnerable stage of life, guiding them through life‑changing decisions, mentoring colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor for students, and delivering a person‑centred approach to care. You will advocate for residents and families, recognise and respond to potential abuse or neglect, attend safeguarding training, and report concerns when required.
Qualifications
You must be a registered nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care, possess a valid NMC PIN, and be committed to the NMC standards of practice. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to mentor and support colleagues, and be willing to undertake safeguarding training and additional training in associated areas. Applicants must have the full right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.
