HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in Wales. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll help with personal care, meals and daily activities while ensuring each resident’s individuality is respected.
You’ll contribute to their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including companionship and compassionate end-of-life support.
