Part‑time Activities Co‑ordinator at HC‑One: 21 hours per week, 9am‑4.30pm. Full flexibility is required.
As an Activities Co‑ordinator you will plan and implement activities that delight residents and support the Home Manager with fundraising events. You will help residents socialise, develop new activity ideas, and engage the care team, all with kindness at the forefront.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and run engaging activities for residents.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to coordinate essential fundraising events.
- Support residents in building confidence, encouraging social interaction.
- Engage the care team and residents in activity planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals and activity programme development.
- Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, kind approach.
- Safeguarding training and ability to recognise signs of abuse or neglect; able to report concerns appropriately.
