About the Role

Responsibilities

  • You will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment, and develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills.
  • You will support residents in life‑changing decisions and provide person‑centred care.
  • You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and model professional behaviour.
  • Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You will recognise signs of abuse or neglect, attend safeguarding training, provide advice, and report concerns appropriately.
  • You will work with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver care and use digital care planning systems.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
  • Valid NMC Pin number.
  • Knowledge of NHS standards of practice and commitment to NMC standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
