HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will support residents and families, lead a team of Care Assistants and work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure compassionate, dignified care.
You’ll maintain accurate records, support activities, administer medications where required, and contribute to bespoke care plans while promoting kindness as the HC-One Way.
