The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.

Part time role 24 hours working Tue, Saturday and Sunday. In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement activities that delight Residents, help the Home Manager organise essential fundraising events, and work with the care home team to involve others with a focus on kindness.

HC-One values safeguarding as everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of potential abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training in related areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement activities for Residents that align with their interests and needs.
  • Help the Home Manager organise fundraising events and support the wider care home team.
  • Engage Residents to socialise and participate in activities, fostering a positive and kind environment.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and residents to develop new activity ideas.
  • Maintain time management, planning, organisational and IT skills to deliver activities effectively.
  • Observe safeguarding protocols and escalate concerns as required.
