HC-One is seeking an Assistant Chef with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and a strong understanding of HACCP. You’ll bring energy, kindness and enjoy working with Residents and colleagues across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist Care homes.
You’ll support the First Chef, prepare nutritious meals, manage stock and help keep the kitchen clean and efficient. You’ll follow recipes precisely, meet deadlines and help deliver high quality food within budget while focusing on Resident
