In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will lead clinical care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, ensuring standards exceed professional, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide specialist nursing support and advice, and oversee resident care when the Home Manager is absent.
- Supervise, coach and mentor colleagues, including acting as a practice supervisor and assessor for students.
- Advocate a person‐centred approach to care for residents and their families, ensuring empathy and respect in all interactions.
- Apply effective verbal and written communication skills, role‐modeling professional behaviour.
- Implement and promote safeguarding practices, recognise signs of abuse or neglect, and report concerns appropriately.
- Support career development through robust pathways, CPD and postgraduate programmes.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN number.
- Strong commitment to the NMC standards of practice and continuous professional practice.
- Passion for mentoring, leadership and improving nursing care quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly, coach effectively and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience or willingness to undertake safeguarding training and other relevant professional development.
- Paid NMC PIN renewal.
