HC-One is seeking a part-time Senior Care Assistant to join our night shift team at Yew Trees.

You will lead a small team, plan and deliver person-centred care, support residents with dementia, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safe, dignified care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist services.

You will maintain accurate records, administer medications as required, and help residents stay engaged through social and recreational activities.
