HC-One Woodland View is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver personalised care to residents, with 38.5 hour contracts across day and night shifts in a 3 on/3 off rotating pattern. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, plan and implement care to ensure security, dignity and independence, and maintain accurate records while building relationships with residents and families.
Safeguarding training will be part of the role.
