HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support the Home Manager with events and encourage residents to socialise and participate with kindness.
You’ll bring energy, planning and IT skills, plus safeguarding awareness. The role offers training, development opportunities and a commitment to wellbeing for colleagues and residents alike.
