About the role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You’ll take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that reflects empathy for resident issues.

About You

We’re looking for a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person‑led care planning within a care home. You should be a mentor who can manage time effectively, keep meaningful records, and communicate with residents and co‑workers in a considerate and kind manner.
