We are seeking a Clinical Lead to support our care homes across the country. The Clinical Lead will deliver clinical care that exceeds statutory standards, provide specialist nursing support, supervise and coach colleagues, and ensure person‑centred, safe and compassionate care.

  • Lead clinical care teams, ensuring standards of practice are met.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
  • Supervise, coach and assess nursing staff and students.
  • Advocate a person‑centred, dignity‑respecting approach for residents and families.
  • Actively support safeguarding, recognising signs of abuse and reporting concerns.

To be considered you must meet the following:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN number.
  • Experience in residential or dementia care (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and role‑modeling professional behaviour.
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching and teaching nursing staff and students.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and ability to seek and report concerns.
