As a Senior Care Assistant at Rivendell View, you will plan and implement high‑quality care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity and independence. You will work closely with residents and their families, creating personalised care plans and building strong team relationships. - Planning and delivering person‑centred care and daily activities for residents, including medication administration.
