About You:
In the role of Clinical Unit Manager at HC-One, you’ll demonstrate kindness in all aspects of care, delivering the highest level of care and taking responsibility for a specific part of the home. When the Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager is absent you will run the entire unit, ensuring resident dignity and wellbeing at all times. You will be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN and commitment to professional practice. You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, modelling professional behaviour. You will advocate a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families, and maintain safeguarding responsibilities – recognising potential abuse or neglect, reporting concerns, and escalating when required. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake further training as necessary. Pay rate is subject to experience and qualifications.
