We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care homes, delivering high quality, person‑centred care to residents, working in a collaborative, nurse‑led environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under the guidance of the multidisciplinary team.
- Exercise complex decision making, clinical judgment and collaborative skills.
- Serve as a mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor for students.
- Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
- Safeguard residents by recognising and responding to signs of abuse, neglect or harm, and reporting concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the UK with a minimum of 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
- Valid NMC PIN number and an understanding of NMC practice standards.
- Evidence of effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to mentor others.
