HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will plan and implement care to promote security, dignity and independence for residents and work closely with families to support personalised plans.
You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintain accurate records and assist with daily activities, nutrition and wellbeing.
