Your responsibilities include ensuring care planning arrangements are delivered impeccably, promoting residents\’ choice and independence, and prioritizing their wellbeing whether you\’re taking up delegated nursing tasks, reporting incidents, or spending time with residents demonstrating symptoms of dementia.

We offer a Trainee Nursing Assistant position with a comprehensive development program designed to upskill Senior Care Assistants, enabling them to take on more responsibilities and develop skills necessary for a Nursing Assistant role.
This role involves assisting with administering medicines, wound care, catheter care, and other clinical tasks under supervision. Upon successful completion of the program, your salary will increase.
Qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially around medication administration and shift leadership
  • Understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislative requirements

Safeguarding is everyone\’s responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All staff will attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
