We offer a Trainee Nursing Assistant program designed to upskill Senior Care Assistants to undertake clinical tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under supervision. Qualifications for the program include:
- Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially involving medication administration and shift leadership
- Knowledge of person-led care planning and relevant legal/regulatory requirements
