In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One you will value kindness above all. You will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will create and update individual care plans for residents and maintain clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records. 22 hours on the floor hands-on nursing, 22 supernumerary.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to the care team, drawing on your clinical experience to support, guide and mentor colleagues.
- Develop and review individual care plans for residents and ensure medication records are current and compliant.
- Manage staffing through efficient rota planning and, from time to time, provide cover out of hours as required.
- Build strong relationships with key partners within the community to support the home's profile and the HC-One brand.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid Pin number.
- Knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice.
- Background in person-led care planning within a care home setting.
- Willingness to coach, guide and support the team, including delivering formal and informal teaching to colleagues and other care professionals.
- Commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
