You will lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff receive supervision, feedback, and opportunities to grow, while providing guidance and oversight to keep care evidence‑based and responsive to residents’ needs. You will champion ongoing improvement, listening to feedback and learning from experiences to ensure systems are effective, reliable, and person‑centred. Safeguarding and residents’ wellbeing will always be central, and you will work collaboratively with staff and external partners to ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered.

About You
