HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support Residents and families, and work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to maintain high standards of care.
You’ll help with medication administration, record-keeping, and delivering a range of social activities to promote security, dignity and independence for residents.
