By joining us, you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement the kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. Get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans. Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team. Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, and administering medication. Maintain accurate records of the work you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, you’ve completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent, have a background in person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. What’s essential is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people; good record keeping, effective time management and consideration in communication with residents or co‑workers.
About HC-One
