HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents in our dementia, nursing and care home settings.

The role supports Home Manager with fundraising events and drives social interaction with a focus on kindness and resident wellbeing.

You will need warm, positive energy, strong planning and IT skills, and an ability to work well with colleagues. Full training and development are provided.
