HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (15 hours per week) at one of our care homes.
You will design and deliver engaging activities for residents, focusing on dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care needs.
A positive, kind approach is essential to help residents socialise and participate in activities.
You will support the Home Manager with events and be committed to safeguarding and resident wellbeing, bringing IT and planning skills to the role.
