As a newly qualified nurse at HC-One, you will be supported to grow in your career through our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, helping you build on your existing skillset while practicing in a nurse‑led environment. You will make a difference to residents during a vulnerable time, guiding and supporting them in life‑changing decisions. You will also mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues as a practice supervisor and assessor, ensure a person‑centred approach to care, and safeguard residents and families.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number, newly qualified, and have the full right to work in the UK.
- We do not offer sponsorship or consider applicants on a time‑limited visa.
- You should understand the NMC standards of practice, be committed to effective communication, and be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and report appropriately.
