Overview
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at Launton Grange, you will be at the core of the care provided, helping residents with security, dignity and independence, and delivering truly personalised care plans. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and be a positive influence on the care team, supporting residents and their families while ensuring compassionate, person-centred care. You may support residents with activities, meals, mobility aids, and communication with families or carers, always guided by kindness and respect. You will also be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation and may administer medication.
Salary: £14.75 to £15.35 per hour. Location: Launton Grange, Bicester.
