About The Role

With your previous care experience, you will be leading our care team to provide personalised care, meeting and exceeding our resident’s expectations. NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role, and you must be willing to complete Level 3. At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken. We’ll provide full training, so it’s a great opportunity to learn something new.
