HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll plan and implement care that gives residents dignity, independence and security, while building strong relationships with families.
You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide activities, monitor well-being and ensure accurate records are kept. A Level 2 Diploma is preferred and progress toward Level 3 is encouraged.
