HC-One is seeking a Unit Manager for night shifts on a 3 on/3 off rotation. You will lead a care home team delivering compassionate dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care with a focus on resident dignity and wellbeing.
In this role you’ll take responsibility for a specific part of the home and may run the entire operation in the Home Manager’s absence, applying safeguarding and safeguarding training to ensure the highest standards of care.
