As a Flexible Care Assistant at HC‑One, you’ll value kindness above all. You’ll deliver caring, compassionate support to residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, ensuring their dignity and individuality are respected. You will provide general activities, personal care and emotional support – whether helping with limited mobility, assisting with meals or providing comfort at the end of life.
Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
- Helping residents with limited mobility.
- Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site.
- Traveling between a cluster of homes as an essential part of the role.
