The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 Β£ per year.

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to bring Kindness to life across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will plan and implement activities that delight Residents and support the Home Manager with fundraising events, using your warm energy and excellent planning and IT skills.

The role requires experience with vulnerable individuals and safeguarding training; you will help residents socialise, develop activity ideas, and engage the care home team.
