In your role as a Bank Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Housekeeping Assistant, your goal will be to maintain the cleanest, most hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be evident in the environment you help create. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and care.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with a positive attitude and the ability to get along with others. Strong communication skills, including listening and giving clear instructions, are essential. Always communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone\’s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and report concerns as needed.
