Overview

Please note: This role is for 32hrs per week, working 4 days per week (8 hours per day). Hours would be 8.30am – 5pm but can be a little flexible, happy to discuss in interview. Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative systems and processes to support the Home Manager in running services.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
  • Administer the Time & Attendance system and process payroll and HR information.
  • Always keep Resident wellbeing in mind as a guiding principle.

Qualifications

  • An IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, or equivalent.
  • Experience providing admin or secretarial support in a busy office.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, plus time management and organisational abilities.
  • Positive energy and the ability to get along with people; communicate with Residents and co-workers with kindness and consideration.
