HC-One is seeking a Head of Service to lead kitchen operations across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist Care homes in the Whitley Bay area.

This full-time role (36 hours/week) focuses on nutritious meals, high cleanliness standards and resident wellbeing.

You will train staff, manage food safety compliance, and support a dynamic team in delivering compassionate care, with competitive benefits and career development opportunities.
