The predicted salary is between 20982 - 48958 £ per year.
The Group Development Chef will assist the Executive Chef to develop the best culinary offer to those we care for, working with internal and external teams to create exciting and innovative concepts and an exceptional customer proposition.
The Development chef will work within a planned development cycle to deliver continuous improvement of the culinary offer and training and development of new colleagues across assigned Groups within the business.
You will:

Be an experienced chef who is highly creative with substantial food knowledge and well-honed communication skills who can take on more responsibility. You must be able to work well both in a team and as an individual.

Have an ability to influence and inspire at all levels within the organisation

Have a proven record of accomplishment in food production in a Care home catering environment with a particular focus on quality, nutrition, and cultural and medical diets.

Hold a full driving licence as the role involves significant travel.

Have Coaching, training, and mentoring skills.

Have a good understanding of the companies CPRD (Cost Per Resident Day).

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. £34,971 per annum, plus £5,000 car allowance
