HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Helpdesk Team Leader to manage the estates maintenance helpdesk across a large portfolio of care homes. You will oversee live maintenance jobs, planned maintenance schedules and compliance records to ensure safe, well-maintained environments.

You will lead a small team, monitor contractor performance, and collaborate with Maintenance Managers and Home Managers to prioritise work and improve helpdesk processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Darlington.
