HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to conduct site-based inspections across the group, delivering objective assessments of compliance against internal quality frameworks. The role reports to the Head of Regulation and Compliance and collaborates with Quality Improvement Leads and operational teams to drive meaningful improvements and ensure inspection readiness. The postholder will generate evidence-based reports, provide constructive feedback to Home Managers and Area Directors.
