HC-One Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.
Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
You’ll assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, meals and daily activities, helping residents maintain dignity and independence while receiving safeguarding training and ongoing development opportunities.
