From rotas and timesheets to being at the first point of contact for new residents looking to come and live with us, the Front of House Manager position at Ashworth Grange is a varied and busy role. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a varied and busy environment. A dedicated administrator, who has a knack for building strong relationships, and is looking for a challenging yet highly rewarding career. Experience in care isn’t necessary, we will cover all the training you would need to be able to hit the ground running and confidently convey what makes our homes great places to live. In a growing business, there is always scope to grow the role and we will support you in your development.
