About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide an empathetic, high-quality service.

You should possess positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor, manage time effectively, and maintain meaningful records.
