As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the clinical care provided exceeds professional standards, statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This includes offering specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver an empathetic service that prioritizes resident issues.
HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and adherence to the NMC code of practice. Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home is essential. You should possess positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of mentoring, managing time effectively, and maintaining meaningful records.
