About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical care that exceeds professional standards and legal requirements. Your responsibilities include providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident-centered service.
